Returns Policy

Warranty Claims & Return Orders

Return postage fee's at customers expense. In order to make a warranty claim, the product will need to be return within 3 month of purchase date. Items will need to be inspected for repair or replacement by Redcliffe Vape.

If a product is returned that is found to be in working order, The customer is responsible for paying the $8 return shipping fee.

RTS: "Return To Sender" if details provided by customer are not correct an order is returned to Redcliffe Vape, We will call to update the details and resend the order. A $15 RTS and $8 re-postage fee will apply.

Mods and Batteries Warranty

We offer 3 month warranty on batteries and mods. Please contact us by email at support@redcliffevape.com.au with a description of the problem and order number. Please keep all packaging and serial numbers. We may require the serial number to process your refund/replacement.  

 

Eliquid, Coils and Clearomisers Warranty

 

The following products and considered consumable products and do not come with the 3 month warranty. 

  • Clearomisers/Tanks

  • Replacement coils

  • Pods

  • Carttridges

  • Eliquid/Ejuice

  • Wire/DIY materials

  • Replacement glass
